Imagic.co.uk was started by Mark Zaig who, having studied design at Kingston University (then Polytechnic) and the London College of Printing (LCP), has been both a graphic and digital media designer for over fifteen years. In this time he has done work for many top companies (including JVC, Halifax, McKinsey, First Chicago Bank, Nomura Bank, to name a few), as well as numerous small and medium sized businesses. Over this time he became acutely aware of the problem facing new and smaller businesses in projecting a strong image on the web without incurring the disproportionately big price tag that usually comes with it. With this in mind, using experience and innovation, the concept of a low-cost solution to this problem that didn't look "do-it-yourself" or dominated by an overbearing "design-theme", and that offered a good deal of flexibility and customisability was brought to fruition in the form of imagic.co.uk.
